All orders from ANTHEMFUTBOLSHOPPE are processed between 8 a.m. and 1 p.m. (PST), Monday through Friday. Regular ground shipping takes from 3 to 12 business days, depending on your distance from us (within the continental U.S.)

How about your new footwear? If they’ve got laces, and even if they don’t, and they’re going to walk, run, make tracks or whatever you want to do in them, really, you don’t have to pay for standard shipping.

We like shoes, and we like you, so stuff your savings in that new pair of yours.

If you notice patterns, you’ll already know that to get this deal, you have to place your order online, that it doesn’t apply to expedited shipping, only ground shipping (if your purchase has to fly, this deal won’t), you can’t use it for ones with extra freight and you might have to pay extra outside the 48 contiguous states.

Know Your Expedited Shipping Rates

I need my order in two days? Can do that.

For sure. Upgrade to Express Two Business Day shipping for just $12.50 extra, if you’re in the contiguous US.

We’ll ship to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico in two days for $13 more.

Be sure to get your order in before 4 pm PST and you’ll receive it two business days later. Note that weekends and federal holidays don’t count as business days.

Can I get my gear next day?

Yes. We’ll make it happen for you. If you call one of the 48 states home, you can level up to Express Next Business Day Shipping for $21.50 on top of the standard rate.

Our friends in AK, HI and PR will add $18 to the standard rate.

Again, get those orders in prior to 4 pm PST so we can deliver the next business day. Remember, your order needs to be placed on a weekday and not on federal holiday for this to work.

How much is shipping for orders between $500 and $1499.99?

If you’re spending this much, first off, thank you, and secondly, we’ll use a percentage to calculate the shipping cost.

It’s all based on your order subtotal. It breaks down like this for packages en route to anywhere in the contiguous US or those shipped or to an Army Post Office (APO) or Fleet Post Office (FPO address). APO and FPO customers, thank you for your service.

The calculator does its thing with the equation that follows.

Standard Ground - 5.5 percent

Two Business Day - 6.7 percent

Express Next Business Day – 9 percent

What about $500 to $1499.99 of gear going to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico?

For packages going the extra mile (or a lot of miles, actually), the percentages go up slightly.

Standard Ground – 7 percent

Two Business Day - 8.7 percent

Express Next Business Day – 11 percent

What if my order subtotal is more than $1,500?

First, we’ll be singing your name around the office. Then, we’ll start tabulating your shipping cost.

The same rules apply, but our legal team insists that we write them out again.

Your shipping expense is based on your order subtotal, and there’s one set for packages sent to the contiguous US, APO or FPO and a different cost for those headed to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico.

Two Business Day - 6.7 percent

Express Next Business Day – 9 percent

Now for customers in Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico, there’s some good news. You just take the Standard Group rate, 4 percent, and add $5, simple as that.

How long does it take for customized gear?

We take great pride in producing custom jerseys, apparel, backpacks and other equipment for your club. Our team works as quickly as possible with the expert care needed to produce your order to the highest standard.

Adding your logos, names, numbers and the rest while making sure we do it to the highest standard we maintain and you expect. For that reason, the shipping time begins once the customization is complete, no matter the shipping method you select. For instance, if you choose two-day shipping, we’ll send It two days after the customizers complete the work.

Be aware, too, that some items you might not realize are customized. Case in point, many of the professional player jerseys we sell, (especially those from players who everyone, even your grandmom, has heard of), are built to order with their names and numbers.

There’s a pro tip, though. If the item you want begins with any letter other than “A,” it’s most likely going to fall into this customization category.

Can you ship internationally?

Soccer is a global game, played just about everywhere, and we’re proud to accept orders from more than 150 countries around the world.

NOTES: Our system doesn’t always charge the correct amount at checkout for international shipping. If that’s the case, our customer service team will e-mail you if there’s an extra cost.

Also, heads up, your country requires that you pay duties and taxes before your order is received. Those fees vary by country and, so there are no surprises. That extra expense is not included in your subtotal or shipping charge.

How long will I wait for international shipping?

When you complete your checkout before 1 pm PST, International Mail usually takes four - six weeks to reach you. Add an extra business day if you order after 1 pm PST.

You can go with International Express, which is a way faster and gets there between one and three business days.

It’s possible that either method could be subject to delays. These things happen and while we really hope they don’t, they are beyond our control.

Oh, and you probably want to know how much it costs. We’ll calculate that using the weight, and you’ll see your shipping total when you checkout. Sorry, the free and reduced shipping promotions we hyped up earlier can’t be used on international orders. When you put in your foreign address, you won’t be able to enter those codes.

What should I know if I live in California?

If you reside in California, your state has banned the sale of kangaroo leather. That means ANTHEMFUTBOLSHOPPE doesn’t import, import for sale, sell or ship any products with kangaroo leather to California. It’s the law and we must to follow it.

Don’t worry, though. You still have plenty of great footwear choices that have the supple touch and classic comfort you crave.

To make things easier on you and us both, we always set up kangaroo leather products so California residents are not able to purchase them. If for some reason there’s an error and you do order them and payment is processed, we reserve the right to credit your account for the full amount charge without notifying you in advance.

Sorry, dudes. We’d sell them to you if we could.

30-Day Wear Test On All Footwear

We know every foot is unique, and you and us both want to find the perfect match. That’s why we go above and beyond other retailers with our 30-Day Wear Test on all footwear to make certain you can shop with the confidence of Cristiano Ronaldo standing over a free kick.

Once you receive your new shoes from ANTHEMFUTBOLSHOPPE, the fun starts. Go ahead, lace them up or slip them on, wear test them outside, test them however you want, play in them at training and in a match. Go where you go and do what you do with your new shoes.

If at any time during the 30 days after your shoes arrive you are not completely satisfied with the fit, feel, performance, look or anything else, we will take them back — no questions asked and you can exchange them for another pair. If you cannot find a pair to exchange we will give a a gift card or credit. We may even buy them back from you, it's up to you!

EXCLUSIONS: Mystery Bag Footwear and customized apparel items are EXCLUDED from this policy. ALL SALES ARE FINAL FOR ON SALE and CUSTOMIZED gear. This policy applies only to footwear, it does not apply to any other product. All products other than footwear must be returned in new, unused condition.

To receive free return shipping, you must use the pre-paid label that was included in your shipment. You’re going to want to hang on to that. Free return shipping applies to all shoes shipped to the contiguous United States, but excludes shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, AFO/FPO and international addresses.

Return Policy

Hey, sometimes it happens; You order something that you think will be perfect, and when it arrives, it’s not quite like you envisioned. Let’s not dwell on that, though. Let’s get your item returned and find something that fits you better.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the quality or fit of any merchandise you receive, we will gladly refund your payment in full, less shipping and handling charges, so long as you return the item within 30 days of our delivery. We want your purchase to inspire a grin, never a grimace.

We’ve designed our return policy so you can shop with complete confidence. Here’s how it works:

For all shoes, see our no-hassle footwear returns policy below. Go ahead and head to that third section and save yourself some time here.

For everything else (with a few exceptions), we accept returns on items in their complete, original condition and packaging (to spell it out: unused, brand new, unworn, unlaundered and unembellished).

Now here’s where the few exceptions come into play. 
Items that are purchased as part of a set must be returned as a set. They belong together, after all. (For example, if you purchase a warm-up suit, you have to return the jacket and pants together, or if you return a pair of socks or gloves, you need to return them both at the same time. No one likes that drawer full of wayward socks looking for a long-lost partner.)  
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on gift certificates, games, DVDs, CDs, videos or books (if the cellophane packaging has been removed because repackaging those is no fun), signed memorabilia (all sales are final in order to protect the integrity of authenticity). 

Please take note, club-required Uniform Kit items are final sale and cannot be cancelled, changed or returned after order has been placed. Customized items (for example: items with your name, number or team logo) cannot be returned. These jerseys, shorts, socks, bags, etc. were made especially for you to the specifications you selected and aren’t fit for any other player. 
 
For that reason, we do not accept returns on customized items.  Customized items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

If the returned product does not meet the above requirements, ANTHEMFUTBOLSHOPPE may not process your return or exchange, and we cannot guarantee that we will send the nonreturnable/nonexchangeable products back to you. We’d like to avoid that scenario, so call or e-mail us if you have any questions.

What's the timeline for my refund?

These things do take time, but not too much. It’s 5-10 Business Days, to be exact. That’s all we need to receive your package at the fulfillment center, inspect your return, process it into inventory and complete your refund. We do it as quickly as we can, promise.

Your financial institution should post the refund to your account in accordance with its policies. For most customers this is normally within 7 business days. Keep in mind some banks take a full billing cycle, and it also depends on when in the month the refund is made. Any questions about that should be directed to them.

After we receive and accept your returned item, we will issue you a full-price refund (less any applicable shipping and handling charges). Credits will be made to the original form of payment. Credits to gift cards, loyalty points and vouchers may take as long as 30 days to be processed. Returned amounts attributable to gift cards, loyalty points, coupons or vouchers cannot be applied to exchanges.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, we can help you there, too. Give us a head’s up by requesting an exchange by mail or over the phone. The best address and phone number are in the next section along with a few more helpful details. 

We process exchanges as two separate transactions. You will be billed for the new item upon receipt of your request for an exchange. Once we receive and accept your returned item, we will credit your original form of payment for the return. It’s a lot faster and easier that way, we’ve learned.

We will always ship your exchanged item with free ground shipping. Allow approximately 1-3 weeks from the time you request your exchange to receive your exchange order. On exchanges, we also offer reduced shipping rates on Next-Day and Two-Day shipping.
